Make a Change! Be a better vendor and consumer of street food.

PROJECT OPPE

What is Project OPPE?

Project OPPE " Oplan : PPE " aims to inform and implement proper Personal Protective Equipment to our street food vendors.

Isn't it safer to know that our own business owners are protected as well as our everyday favorite snack-streetfoods.

A better way to enjoy our favorite foods is to practice proper street food etiquette as both a consumer and a vendor. Customers should behave more politely, and vendors should offer high-quality goods.

When handling and preparing food, using the proper PPE helps reduce the danger of cross contamination and unnecessary food spoiling.

In the food service industry, both employees and business owners run the danger of being exposed to hazardous materials and events that could harm them. Being burned by hot pans and boiling oil are just two examples of mishaps and situations that could happen if you're not adequately prepared.

If a food service provider is found to have been careless in the safe preparation and delivery of food to its clients, they may be subject to penalties that could eventually lead to the closure of the business.
